This plan includes one annual service visit, complete with the required service kit and a PSSR inspection where applicable. It is ideal for lower-use machines or customers who want preventative maintenance without committing to reactive callout cover.
Bronze customers also benefit from preferential pricing, with 5% off labour rates and 5% off parts rates, helping to reduce the cost of any additional work required outside the annual service.
