The Supremo Service Plan is designed for busy commercial environments where machine uptime is important and ongoing support is essential.

Supremo includes your annual service, service kit and PSSR inspection where applicable, plus remote diagnostic support and reactive callouts included as part of the plan. This gives your team quick access to technical support when faults occur, helping to reduce disruption and keep your coffee service running smoothly.

Parts are also included, subject to exclusions, giving you greater cost certainty throughout the year. A water filter cartridge is included at the time of service, up to C500 or equivalent, helping to protect your machine and maintain drink quality.
