The Silver Service Plan offers a higher level of support for customers who want both preventative maintenance and help when issues arise.

Alongside your annual service, service kit and PSSR inspection where applicable, Silver includes remote diagnostic support and up to 5 reactive callouts per year. This makes it a strong choice for businesses that rely on their coffee machine day to day but do not require fully inclusive cover.

Silver also includes a £200 parts allowance per year, helping to offset the cost of replacement components. Customers continue to receive 5% off labour rates and 5% off parts rates for chargeable work beyond the included allowance.
