Can I purchase a Service package after I have received my machine and it has been installed?
Yes, Though we recommend where possible to purchase as a complete project to give you instant peace of mind from training needs to care and maintenance
Who delivers my Coffee machine?
All our produts are delivered directly from the supplier, You will be contacted by our team to arrange delivery and Installation for the same day.
Who will be installing my new coffee machine?
We have a dedicated team of very experienced engineers who will install your machine at a convenient time for you
Do I need to prepare anything prior to installation?
Yes, You can go through our quick checklist to ensure firstly, the machine you choose is right for your business, your working area is suitable for both install and water inlet, along with a clear and safe operating area.
Can I choose to Lease a coffee machine or pay in installments?
Yes, Once you go through to check out, you can view all our payment options of the following:
- Pay in 3 installments with Klarna or Paypal or AN Other
- Lease via a reputable 3rd party
- Pay in full by Credit/Debit card
- Opting in to lease our machines – This will require some additional information about you and your business, This may take a short time to process. You will then be notified of the agreement prior to completing your purchase. (This can take between 2 and 24hrs)
What happens next, after I have paid for or agreed the lease of my new coffee machine?
A member of our team will contact you to confirm your details and book you in for an Install and delivery of your chosen product.
