Coffee Machine Pre-Installation Checklist
Thank you for choosing us for your coffee machine installation. To help ensure everything runs smoothly on the day, please review the checklist below.

Location
- Installation area is suitable and large enough for the machine and accessories.
- Access holes for cables, plugs and pipework are prepared.
Water Supply
- Water pressure is between 1.5 and 5 Bar.
- An independent isolator is fitted.
- A 3/8” water connection is available (no bare pipes).
- Water connection is within 1 metre of the machine location.
Power Supply
- Correct electrical supply is available for the machine.
- Suitable power socket is installed and ready for use.
- Power supply is within 1 metre of the installation position.
- Additional sockets are available for any accessories supplied.
- All electrical work has been completed and tested.
Waste
- Waste connection is installed where required.
- Access holes are provided for waste pipe routing.
- Waste connection is located at the installation position.
Ingredients
- All ingredients are onsite and ready for installation.
- I understand the engineer will require ingredients onsite to complete machine setup and calibration to my taste preferences.
Customer Acknowledgement
By completing this checklist, you confirm that the installation area is fully prepared and meets the requirements above.
If our engineer is unable to complete the installation because these requirements have not been met, a return visit may be necessary and additional charges may apply.
