Professional delivery, installation and user training for your new coffee machine, ensuring it is correctly set up, tested and ready for use by your team.
Description
Our professional installation service gives you a smooth, structured start with your new coffee machine, from delivery planning through to final handover.
Once your order has been received, we will send you a Site Survey Form to confirm the machine location and site requirements. After the completed form is returned, your delivery date will be arranged and an engineer will be scheduled to attend on the next available working day after delivery, subject to availability.
Your machine will be delivered by a specialist courier and positioned in the location confirmed on your Site Survey Form. The delivery team will unpack the machine and remove the packaging from site unless you ask them not to. Once delivered, please check the machine for any signs of transit damage and let us know it has arrived so we can confirm the engineer attendance date.
On installation day, our engineer will connect and commission the machine, check it is operating correctly, and calibrate hot drinks selections to suitable cup levels and strength settings where applicable. All hot drinks machines must be fitted with an approved water filtration system at the point of installation.
The service also includes a practical user training session, helping your nominated team members feel confident with day-to-day operation, cleaning and basic troubleshooting. Training can cover filling product containers, deep cleaning routines, flushing cycles, replacing water filter cartridges, clearing common error codes, changing prices where a payment system is fitted, and managing a coin mechanism where applicable.
For the best handover, we recommend at least two people attend the training session and take notes. Please keep all manuals and training notes safe for future reference.
Important: please do not connect the machine to services before the engineer arrives.
Client pre-installation requirements include: a 13 amp socket within 1 metre of the machine location, all ingredients and consumables on site, and, for mains-fed machines, a mains water supply terminated in a ¾” BSP isolator valve within 1 metre of the machine location. Additional requirements may apply depending on machine type, such as milk for liquid milk calibration or a cash float for machines fitted with a change-giving coin mechanism.
